k čemu jsou nám tyhlety internety?
... když nás to stejně jenom votravuje?
dnešní historka z praxe. někdo nám z auta ukradl zadní SPZ, nejspíš kvůli nálepkám z dva měsíce staré technické. to potěší, půlden telefonování a nakonec půlden oběhávání a 450 Kč v prčicích. a ty nervy...
s chutí do toho. stáhl jsem si z internetových stránek města, kde bydlíme, potřebné žádosti o změnu, vyplnil, a vydal jsem se na odbor dopravy.
s čekáním jsem počítal, fronta je proslulá. až na místě zjistíte, že problémem není ani tak fronta, jako spíš čas obsloužení. přepážky jsou takticky schované za žaluziemi, takže až pozdě zjistíte, že funguje jen jedno okénko. dvě mají zavřeno a u čtvrtého sedí paní a na něco čeká. čekala předtím, čekala po dobu mé přítomnosti a čekala i při mém odchodu. to už však je pozdě nadávat.
po hodině jsem vešel k okénku a šok. prý, že:
- formulář z internetu neplatí.
- jak to?
- ten neni vod nás.
- ale je, ten je z oficiálního magistrátního webu.
- no, to jim říkáme už dva roky, ať to aktualizujou.
- a kdo je prosimvás odpovědnej za magistrátní web? to se mi nelíbí.
- no to se taky už dva roky snažíme zjistit.
no co byste na tohle řekli? já jsem neřekl nic. vyplnil jsem nový formulář. byl mimochodem stejnej jako ten z internetu, jen byl trochu jinak vysázenej.
doma jsem klikl na magistrátní web, v sekci Kontakty přečetl člověka odpovědného za web a zavolal mu. říkal, že za formuláře jsou odpovědné jednotlivé odbory, takže dopravka. prostě o kouhoutkovi a slepičce. ale spíš jsem mu to věřil. spíš ty báby na dopravce byly - pardon - líný krávy, který nebavilo to luštit.
a to pominu drobnosti, jakože každého obsluhují dvě úřednice. ne současně, ale na střídačku ("maruš, máš už ten techničák? ne, pán mi musí podepsat ještě tohle."). nebo že po mně paní chtěla podepsat bianko převzetí něčeho, co jsem zatím nedostal.

No jo zijes ve spatnem meste. U nas existuje www.uradbezcekani.cz kde se da pres internet objednat na presnou hodinu, kterou dodrzuji. Staci jenom donutit sve zastupitele, aby na tento system take presli.

Plne s Vami souhlasim ze "leve a prave koncetiny uradu" se nechteji znat. Ale nemuzu souhlasit s tim, ze si na tento zpusob jednani uradu mame zvykat. Mozna by opravdu bylo resenim (viz. jedna z reakci o presvedceni uradu, titulek: Plzen) uhanet urady tisici maily denne, treba casem pochopi, ze budou-li mit na netu aktualni informace, usetri cas sobe i nam. Pravdou ovsem zustava, ze nas cas zbytecne straveny na uradech je naopak vykaz jejich prace ;)

Něco podobného se mi stalo před rokem, na portal.gov.cz jsem si našel otevírací dobu živnostenského úřadu, kam jsem byl vyslán jako asistent pro nový živ. list s plnou mocí. A ejhle ona změna pracovní doby přes prázdniny. Šel jsem si stěžovat na vedení úřadu, že mají na webu špatné informace a bylo mi odpovězeno, že portal.gov.cz je úplně mino, že se mám příště podívat na jejich stránky. Nakonec jsem ten živnosťák vyžebral, ale dalo to práci... Weby státní správy nejsou pro informování občana, jsou pro zisk příslušných firem, které je vytváří a provozují...
